Trelleborg Zurcon® Dualseal is an excellent alternative to an O-Ring and Back-up Ring combination. The advantages are its resistance to twisting, stability at pulsating pressures and low risk of contamination. Dualseal is easy to install and has a long service life.--Zurcon®Dualseal is a sealing element for static applications and is suitable for heavy duty applications in cylinders and valves.

Commercial Description:
Zurcon® Z20, 93ShA proprietary Thermoplastic Polyurethane material based on aromatic diisocyanate and polyester diol. Developed by Trelleborg Sealing Solutions for hydraulic application sealing elements, Zurcon® Z20 offers high wear and extrusion resistance, low compression set, a wide operating temperature range, minimal swelling in mineral oil and acceptable hydrolysis resistance.
