Zurcon® Buffer Seal LM is a heavy‑duty, single‑acting rod seal comprising a high‑modulus Zurcon® sealing element with an integrated back-up ring. Designed for tandem seal systems, it ensures optimal pressure distribution, rapid activation, and protection of secondary seals during pressure surges. The seal handles pressures up to 40 MPa (peak 60 MPa), speeds of 1 m/s, and temperatures from –35 °C to +110 °C, offering robust extrusion resistance and reliable performance across demanding hydraulic applications.
