The Zurcon® Buffer Seal is a heavy-duty, single-acting rod seal combining a high-modulus Zurcon® sealing ring and back-up ring in a tandem configuration. Designed for demanding hydraulic applications, it operates up to 40 MPa, –35 °C to +110 °C, and speeds up to 1 m/s. It’s ideal as a primary rod seal in high-pressure systems, delivering robust extrusion resistance, leak-tight performance, and long service life.
