Trelleborg Turcon® Glyd Ring® T is a double-acting O-Ring energized piston seal for dynamic applications, available in a range of materials (e.g. Turcon® and Zurcon®). Fully interchangeable with the earlier Glyd Ring® T, it provides very good static leak tightness and good resistance to extrusion, also demonstrating excellent friction characteristics with no stick-slip, minimal break-out force and high wear resistance

A development of thorough benchmarking and performance testing, Turcon® M12 offers low friction, high wear resistance and costs on par with standard bronze-filled compounds. This material is designed to be the first choice for seals used with linear motion, replacing standard (medium-filled) industrial bronze-filled compounds. Commercial Description:
A 70 durometer, NBR elastomer. The properties of the nitrile rubber depend mainly on the ACN content which ranges between 18 % and 50 %. In general it has good mechanical properties with an operating temperature range of between -30 °C and +100 °C. NBR is mostly used with mineral based oils and greases and is a good choice for standard applications. Used also as an energizer in T46N, M12N, Z20N, and Z52N.
