Trelleborg Zurcon® U-Cup is a single-acting piston seal available in a wide range of sizes and offered in high-performance polyurethane, Zurcon® Z20. The seal is mainly used in light-duty applications in mobile equipment and is well-suited to installation in closed grooves.--Mainly used in light-duty applications and mobile equipment, the Zurcon® U-Cup PUA consists of a polyurethane material which is know as Zurcon® Z20. This U-Cup is well suited for closed grooves.

Commercial Description:
Zurcon® Z20, 93ShA proprietary Thermoplastic Polyurethane material based on aromatic diisocyanate and polyester diol. Developed by Trelleborg Sealing Solutions for hydraulic application sealing elements, Zurcon® Z20 offers high wear and extrusion resistance, low compression set, a wide operating temperature range, minimal swelling in mineral oil and acceptable hydrolysis resistance.
